How do I make a reservation?

Are food and drinks allowed?

Yes, for private booking you can bring food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) on board. We ask that you are respectful and clean up after your party.

What time should I arrive?

Please show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Where do we meet?

Boat departures leave from 286 Jefferson Street, Berth #1, San Francisco, 94109.

Where will we go on the charter?

The boat will ride around the bay, passing by sites such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Alcatraz, the Bay Bridge, and more. The route will vary depending on the duration of your trip.

What is the maximum number of guests?

Up to 49 guests are allowed on board. Please note that there is a pricing difference for over 30 guests.

How long is the charter?

Our parties can be booked for a minimum of 2 hours and up to all day. Please email or call to make a reservation.

What is your cancellation policy? 

All reservations require a credit card deposit, which is only held, not processed. All cancelations must be made 7 days prior to the date of the trip. Any reservations canceled within 7 days of the trip will forfeit the full fare for each reservation canceled. Any reservation canceled prior to 7 days before the trip will result in a lift of the credit card hold and no fees at all.
